Coming from Myrtle Beach: Take Hwy 17 Bypass south from Hwy. 501 and take a left onto Farrow Parkway. Follow Farrow Pkwy. for 1.9 miles into the Market Common Shopping district.  Take a left onto Phillis Blvd. and then a right on Johnson Avenue.   Immediately after the intersection of Johnson and Nevers Street, take a right into the parking lot for The OFFICES at Market Common building (a three story brick office building).  Park anywhere you like and come to the front door of the building (the one facing Johnson Avenue) and take the elevator to the 2rd floor.  Take a right out of the elevator and another right and go through the glass door into the office at the end of the hall.  Come into the waiting area and take a seat.

I will meet you in the Suite 200 waiting area at our scheduled time.  If you are new and have not completed all the New Patient Packet forms (available by clicking on the "New Patients" link on the left of this page) please arrive at least thirty (30) minutes early to complete these forms.  You will need to alert me to your need to have blank forms ready for you if you did not complete and/or bring these with you at your first appointment.
